Felix penned nearly 2000 poems and 11 poetry collections in his time. He was admired for his ability to write profound poetry about simple, natural things. Described as "a 21st century Kipling", he elucidated the culture and politics of that time. Love, life and death were key themes of Felix’s work - but his favourite (and most prolific) topic was that of nature, specifically his deep love and admiration for broadleaved trees.
